Wrestling season will kick off January 6th 2025!!
Practice will be at the Richland County Fairgrounds
7 and Under will be at 5:30
10 to 7 will be at 5:30 until 6:30
11 and Up will be at 6:30
There will be a mandatory parents meeting!!
Tournaments will begin in January and go through April. We travel to several eastern Montana towns and a couple western North Dakota towns. Our state tournament is held in Billings.
Welcome to the 2025 season!
The Sidney AAU Program is a volunteer run program that welcomes both Boys and Girls from the surrounding areas to wrestle.
We need families to help run clocks, assist with the home and state tournaments, and the two fundraisers we have annually. You will be required to sell 20 raffle tickets for our spring fundraiser and 10 event tickets for our fall fundraiser.
Registration Fees and AAU Cards must be paid before a player can practice. No refunds will be issued for any reason. The Registration fee does NOT include the AAU card. Parents/Guardians are responsible for getting the AAU card on their own and bringing a copy to the first practice. If it is your first year having a Sidney Eagle wrestler you will also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.
Practice attire is shorts or sweat pants, tshirt and wrestling shoes. For tournaments they will need a singlet. We have those available for purchase.
The club uses Sports engine app as our form of communication. Please make sure you download the app and accept the invite to the corresponding age group. The schedule will be on the app too.
We also expect our athletes to have good positive behavior and represent our Sidney Wrestling Club with pride.
