Wrestling Preseason will kick off November 3rd
Preseason practice will be at Richland County Event Center
5:30 to 7 pm Mon, Tue, and Thur
Regular Season starts January 5th
Regular season practice is at the RIchland county Event Center:
6 and Under 5:30
7 to 9 5:30
10 and Up 4:30
Tournaments will begin primarily in January. There will be some preseason tournaments. We travel to several Eastern Montana towns and some North Dakota towns. Our state tournament is held in Billings. We are the co-host for the tournament and rely on our club to help run it.
There will be a mandatory parents meeting at the event center on January 5th and 6th. The meetings will begin at the beginning of practice. You only need to attend one.

The Sidney AAU program is a volunteer run program that welcomes both boys and girls from the surround areas to wrestle.
We need families to help run clocks, assist with our home and state tournament, and with the two annual fundraisers. You will be required to sell 20 raffle tickets for our spring fundraiser and 10 tickets for our fall event fundraiser.
Registration fees and AAU cards must be paid before an athlete can practice. No refunds will be issued for any reason. The registration fee does not include the AAU card. Parents/Guardians are responsible for getting the AAU card on their own and bringing a copy to the first practice. If it is your first year having a Sidney Eagle Wrestler you will also need to provide a copy of their birth certificate.
Practice attire is shorts or sweat pants, tshirt, and wrestling shoes. For tournaments singlets are required. We will have singlets available for purchase.
The club uses sportsengine app as our form of communication. Please make sure that you download the app and accept the invite to the corresponding age group. The schedule will be available on the app too.
We also expect our athletes to have a good positive behavior and represent our Sidney Wrestling Club with pride.
